The company "New technologies" is a leader in the implementation of digital radio communication systems of the TETRA standard. We were the first in Ukraine to put the TETRA radio network into commercial operation and today we have the largest number of completed projects. PE "NTC New Technologies" is the official distributor of such brands as: HYTERA, KIRISUN, BTI, SATEL, VONAMIC,  etc. This means that the customer receives official equipment first hand, bypassing intermediaries. An important factor is that the company has certified specialists who have been trained at the manufacturing plant and are able to provide qualified technical support. All equipment supplied to Ukraine is certified and meets the declared technical specifications.

Outsourcing is the transfer by a company of a part of its tasks or processes to third-party performers on a contract basis. This is an agreement under which the work is carried out by specialists of an external company, who are usually experts in this type of work.

The company "New Technologies" has entered into an agreement with PJSC "ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih" for the maintenance of the company's communication facilities. About 40 qualified specialists of our company around the clock fulfill requests for the elimination of equipment failures, its repair, as well as carry out scheduled maintenance and routine maintenance. The organization of work proposed by our company allowed the Customer to free up its own resources and reduce the cost of maintaining communication systems. It should be noted that after the transfer of the function of the technical department to the outsourcing of our company, the processing of applications decreased in terms of time characteristics, and their implementation (troubleshooting) reaches 100%.
