DP990 - PORTABLE DMR RADIO

1.8-inch True Colour graphic dot matrix display. The large, full-colour 5-line display makes it easy to access the information you need, even in bright sunlight. 

A DMR product with an ergonomic design and a full range of digital features, the DP990 helps improve management efficiency and emergency response in challenging environments.

The DP990 is designed to IP68 standards and complies with MIL-STD-810 C/D/E/F/G, allowing it to be used in harsh environments. 

Battery life

The standard configuration includes a 2000 mAh battery, which lasts 40% longer in digital mode than in analogue mode. A high-capacity 3400 mAh battery is available as an option. 

Extended development port

The DP990 reserves an optional interface board on the radio for any third party for further development of necessary functions (such as recording, encryption). The additional board can be installed on the aluminium housing without disassembling the radio.

Transmission interruption

Allows users to interrupt another radio call to transmit important information exactly when and where it is needed.

Built-in Bluetooth (optional) 

Built-in Bluetooth for the DP990 allows users to communicate with others via a Bluetooth headset, as well as exchange data between devices wirelessly and instantly.

GPS location (optional)

Built-in GPS allows you to track your mobile workgroup in real time. 

Universal voice calls

Enhanced digital voice call functionality makes it easy to manage calls between group members and ensures confidential communication.

Secure communication

The DP990 provides basic and advanced encryption capabilities, including ARC4, DES and 256-bit AES encryption. This ensures secure communication during voice calls and data transfer between team members.

Rich set of signals

A variety of advanced analogue signals, including MDC1200, DTMF, 2-Tone and 5-Tone, provide greater expandability in modern communication systems.

Versatile data and emergency communication services

In addition to traditional communication services, the DP990 provides a rich set of data services and selectable features, including text messaging, scanning, emergency communication, Man Down, VOX and Lone Worker. 

Pseudo-trunk with two slots

This feature can improve frequency utilisation efficiency by allocating a free slot to a participant and helps to communicate in a timely manner in emergency situations.

Roaming

Automatic roaming allows you to freely use the radio at all IP Multi-Site Connect system sites. 

DMR Tier3 and MPT operating mode (optional)

Supports DMR Tier3 and MPT1327 operating modes with licensed software.

Single-frequency repeater mode (optional)

Supports single-frequency repeater mode in digital mode, which significantly saves frequency resources and extends the communication range in DMO mode.
