The RAD-1502 antenna is built on the principle of parallel addition of the powers of two collinearly located loop symmetrical vibrators. The main advantages of the antennas of this series are a wide frequency band and relatively low sensitivity to interference. The use of aluminum alloy provides a lightweight, reliable and easy-to-install design that eliminates the occurrence of intermodulation and provides resistance to icing and wind loads. The all-metal design provides reliable lightning protection. Galvanic and polymer coatings protect the antennas from the effects of aggressive environments.
Antenna tuning allows you to obtain a directivity pattern both close to circular (gain 3 dBd), and with weakly pronounced directional properties in the presence of a dominant direction of antenna radiation (gain 6 dBd).
The products include vibrators with holders, a balancing device, elements for mounting antennas on the mast, and a connection cable with a coaxial connector.
