All products purchased at the ntech.com.ua store are covered by a warranty that gives you the right to:

Exchange or return of goods within 14 days from the date of purchase;
Carrying out free repairs during the warranty period, subject to compliance with the operating rules;
Exchange or return of goods on the basis of an act issued by the Authorized Service Center based on the results of warranty service (in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights").
Please note that violations of the rules for the commissioning, use and maintenance of the goods may result in the refusal of warranty service.
Prepare the item for warranty service

Please prepare all the necessary documents:

A payment document issued by the seller (receipt / acceptance certificate / waybill, etc.) confirming the fact of purchase;
Warranty card;
Identification document;
Identification tax number (TIN);
In the case of payment for the purchase by bank card - the current details of the card account.
Transfer the product for warranty service, be sure to provide the above documents

Useful information about the rights of the consumer in the event that he purchases goods of inadequate quality - Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights".
